Course Objective: Course participants are equipped with the skills to safely operate, program, and troubleshoot basic robotic systems by navigating the teach pendant, creating and editing programs, applying logic and control instructions, and managing system files and utilities for efficient task execution. (Software: FANUC ArcTool)

  • Safety and power up procedures
  • Teach pendant keypad and menu navigation
  • Manual movement of the robot and auxiliary axes in various coordinate systems
  • New program creation and detail screen
  • Writing and modifying programs with motion and weld instructions

Prerequisites and Recommendations:
