Flexible Beam Delivery

IPG laser scanners deflect the laser beam simultaneously in both X and Y directions to enable high-speed laser welding over a wide work area.

This method of beam delivery accommodates a variety of weld seam geometries for multiple weld sites on a single part or welds on many smaller parts while greatly reducing system motion requirements.

High-Quality, High-Productivity Welding

Integrated Laser Welding Systems are an easy to install solution for applications that require high-quality, high-productivity welding such as EV batteries and electric motor hairpins.

A selection of fiber lasers optimized to your part ensures excellent results for automated, non-contact welding with minimal or no required part positioning.

Real-Time Weld Measurement

Optional real-time weld measurement directly measures every weld as it is made to enable 100% weld quality assurance.

This patented in-process weld monitoring technology eliminates the need for time-consuming and destructive post weld testing and tracks weld dimension data to warn for process drift.

Automated Part Position Correction

ILWS offers an optional integrated vision system that detects part misplacement and automatically corrects the targeted weld placement.

By rectifying part placement errors up to ±12 mm, this functionality greatly reduces the required complexity and accuracy of the part feed and tooling to streamline the welding process.

ILWS integration and deployment is as easy as it gets. Just deliver the parts to the weld position, and hit 'weld.'
