Designed for drilling millions of holes in large, flat parts like filters and perforated metal sheets, LaserCube Driller features a 1 x 1 m process area in a 3 x 3.9 m footprint.

Simple & Flexible Laser Drilling

Compared to traditional technologies, laser drilling is non-contact with no tools to wear and does not suffer from the cost and complexity of e-beam processes. Requiring minimal floorspace and only compressed air and electricity as utilities, the LaserCube Driller makes flat plate and filter drilling easy and affordable.
 
The system is compatible with all metal types, even magnetic materials, and can easily switch between part designs. An additional programmable cutting function enables users to cut out a completed part or singulate smaller parts from a multi-part sheet.
 
 
The LaserCube driller is powered by IPG fiber lasers.

Small Footprint

The LaserCube Driller is capable of producing parts up to 1 x 1 m with a modest footprint measuring only 3.0 x 3.9 m. Laser processing allows for space efficient designs by eliminating the need for common drilling system requirements like electronic racks, vacuum load locks, or vacuum pumps.

To better accomodate a range of part sizes, the LaserCube Driller also incorporates an extendable/retractable table for easy sheet loading.
