Warranty Information

IPG stands behind our commitment to our customers with a first class warranty.

All IPG lasers and amplifiers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the specified warranty period: the typical warranty for standard fiber lasers is for a full 3 years after shipment.  Some non-standard lasers and accessories may have different warranties. IPG also offers extended warranties. Contact your sales person for details.

The obligation of IPG is limited to repairing or replacing equipment that proves to be defective during the warranty period without charge. Our warranties do not cover damages due to misuse, negligence or accidents due to installations, repairs or adjustments not specifically authorized by a certified IPG employee.
