IPG welding heads can be fitted with a variety of module options for optimized results in specific applications. The Beam Shaper Module provides uniform flat-top power distribution over the process area. The module is installed between the collimator and the core block assembly. The Beam Shaper module is currently available  for FLW D50 welding head with 6 x 6 mm square and 6 mm diameter circular output.  Please inquire about custom configurations.
