Gantry type laser welding station is intended for realization of linear welded joints for different materials (low carbon and carbon steels, copper, titanium, aluminum, and stainless alloys) of high thickness (up to 100 mm).
Process simplicity saves both filler wire and base material as well as enables the station application in different industries.
It is possible to control weld seam quality after each welding pass. Post-welding residual stress is minimal due to precise control of applied energy.
