Particle characterization applications are extensively utilized in medical diagnosis and scientific research. They are used to detect cell disorders as well as facilitate data analysis for research or clinical trials. The process, also known as flow cytometry, employs light sources of different wavelengths to illuminate cells that are suspended in a liquid stream.
