Roboter Laser-Bohrmaschinen

Die Laser-Bohrmaschinen ermöglichen automatisiertes Bohren von Industrieteilen mit anspruchsvollem Profil. Ausgerüstet mit einem QCW Faserlaser mit hoher Pulsenergie und hoher Einkoppeleffizienz für eine Vielzahl von Metallen, darunter reflektierende Materialien. Das System beinhaltet einen 6-Achs-Roboter einen Laserbearbeitungskopf und eine Laser Klasse 1 Umhausung. 

Um die Auslastung der Faserlaserquelle zu optimieren, kanndie die Laserquelle auch zum Schneiden oder Schweißen ausgerüstet werden. Augrund des modulare Design der Roboter-Bohrmaschine stehen optional unterschiedliche Laserleistungen und -systeme zur Verfügung. IPG bietet individuelle Lösungen, die für spezifische Anwendungen optimiert wurden.
