Robotic Laser Cladding Systems

Die Laser-Auftragsschweiß-Arbeitszelle wird zum Anbringen von korrosions-, kratz- oder verschleißbeständigen Oberflächen eingesetzt, oder für den erneuten Zusammenbau von hochwertigen mechanischen Komponenten. Das System besteht aus einem hocheffizienten Faserlaser mit einem Bearbeitungskopf, Pulverzufuhrsystem und Pulverwiederherstellungs-/Auswurfsteuerungs-Modul, das in einem 6-Achsen-Bewegungsmodul integriert ist. Die Roboter- und Strahlbearbeitungseinheiten sind mit Klasse 1 Laser-Sicherung mit Anlagensicherungssystem ausgestattet. Um die Verwendung der Faserlaserquelle zu maximieren, kann die Auftragsschweiß-Arbeitszelle Schneide- oder Schweißfunktionen unterstützen mit optional automatisiertem Umschalten zwischen den Funktionen.
