机器人激光钻孔系统

激光钻孔工作单元可对复杂轮廓的工业零件进行自动钻孔。 该系统采用 QCW 高脉冲能量激光器,可为包括高反射材料在内的多种金属提供高耦合效率,该系统包括一个 6 轴机器人系统和封装在 1 类激光安全外壳内的激光加工头。 为了最大限度地利用光纤激光源,钻孔工作单元可以支持切割或焊接,并可选择自动切换功能。
