Ytterbium Multi-mode CW Lasers

YLM-MM and YLR-MM Series Multi-mode continuous wave (CW) Ytterbium fiber lasers provide the same combination of high power and stability, ultra-long lifetime and record wall-plug efficiency. These lasers can be modulated at frequencies up to 50 kHz. Compact YLM modules range from 200 to 400 W, and 19” rack YLR configurations include air-cooled units up to 500 W and water-cooled units up to 1 kW. The output is emitted from a step index fiber with core diameter from 50 to 200 microns, allowing optimal performance for critical welding and additive manufacturing applications.
