IPG’s single-mode fiber lasers are available from 5 watts to >1 kW. These lasers operate in either continuous wave (CW) or modulated modes at frequencies up to 50 kHz. The output is emitted from a single-mode fiber with a typical M2 of <1.07 and is provided with either an integrated collimator or a plug-in connector.
Single-mode applications include: precision cutting, continuous and spot welding, high speed percussion drilling, bending, engraving, sintering and soldering.
