IPG’s single mode fiber lasers are available from 5 watts to > 1 kilowatt. These lasers operate in either continuous wave (CW) or modulated modes at frequencies up to 50 kHz.. The output is emitted from a single mode fiber with a typical M2 of < 1.07 and is provided with either an integrated collimator or a plug-in connector.
Single mode applications include: precision cutting, continuous and spot welding, high speed percussion drilling, bending, engraving, sintering, and soldering.
