YLP Series: 1 to 10 mJ Pulsed Ytterbium Fiber Laser

The YLP Series high energy series of pulsed fiber laser is designed to be easily integrated into OEM applications, such as marking, drilling or machining systems. It delivers high peak power (up to 25 kW) and high average power (up to 200 W) in 400 nanosecond pulse durations. The increased power levels allow you to work more efficiently and use thicker materials.

These lasers embody all of the advantages of IPG’s fiber laser technology including compactness, high efficiency and reliability at a reasonable price. The 100% solid state design is robust, maintenance-free and requires no consumables.

Like IPG’s other industrial pulsed lasers, this laser is based upon IPG’s ultra-reliable pumping technology and comes with a heavy duty optical isolator that improves output pulse stability and eliminates back reflection.
